How fast it sells out.

After every alert RestockR re-checks the product every 20 seconds for 20 minutes and records when it went out of stock. This is every magic: the gathering restock it has timed. Nothing here is estimated: a sell-out is only reported when the product was seen in stock first, then gone.

Target and Walmart are not measured yet: their sites only answer residential IP addresses. Pokémon Center is behind a queue and a captcha and is never measured.

Questions

How is a sell-out time measured?

After each restock alert, RestockR requests the product page every 20 seconds for 20 minutes through its own infrastructure. The sell-out time is the gap between the alert and the first of two consecutive out-of-stock reads, and only counts when the product was first read in stock from the same vantage.

Why are some restocks "not measured"?

A retailer that blocks automated reads, a listing that never showed as buyable from our vantage, or a product that is not a live listing yet cannot be timed. Those are listed as not measured rather than guessed.

What does "still in stock at 20 min" mean?

The product was still buyable when the 20-minute window closed. Most of those last hours or days.
